![]() Meanwhile R2 = 0.946, gives the meaning that 94.6% variation in employee performance can be explained by variations in organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously and the rest (5.4%) is influenced by other variables not examined. Based on the results of data analysis, it is obtained that R is 0.973 with F = 131,081 with a significance of 0.000, indicating that organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance. The data analysis technique in this study used a multiple linear regression analysis model with the F test and the T test. Respondents in this study were 18 people, as a whole employees of PT. From this research, it will also be known which of the two variables has a dominant influence on employee performance.
